Homer the Flanders Killer In this fun filled frolic Homer discovers that his theory that his do-gooder next door neighbor Ned Flanders is actually the devil is true. He arms himself with the largest handgun he can find and sets out to become the Flanders killer/ to get some target practice he shoots out the window in Flanders? house and a large plant pot. What makes things difficult is that Homer has to avoid hitting Mrs Flanders and their two geeky kids (who are after all innocent) and just hit Ned the Devil. Making for a big challenge for the hero of Springfield.
